Consulting Agreement
This Consulting Agreement ("Agreement") governs the services provided by SuiteCrunch LLC ("SuiteCrunch," "we," or "us") to you ("Client" or "you") in connection with your subscription to SuiteCrunch's consulting services. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
SuiteCrunch provides consulting support for NetSuite ERP and related services as outlined on our website (www.suitecrunch.com) and associated plan descriptions. The specific services and scope depend on the subscription plan selected.
2. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly by default and renew automatically each month unless canceled.

Clients may cancel anytime. Access to services continues until the end of the current billing period.

Annual billing is available at a discounted rate upon request. Contact us at consulting@suitecrunch.com for more information.

All fees are listed in USD and must be paid via the payment methods we accept.

Late payments may result in paused access to services until the account is brought current.
3. Refund Policy
SuiteCrunch subscriptions are non-refundable. We encourage clients to make use of the monthly billing model to evaluate fit before committing long-term. Exceptions may be made at SuiteCrunch's sole discretion.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All tools, templates, scripts, documentation, and deliverables created by SuiteCrunch remain the intellectual property of SuiteCrunch unless explicitly transferred in writing.
5. Modifications
SuiteCrunch reserves the right to update pricing, service offerings, or these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the engagement secure and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuiteCrunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
